Attorney Mark Dumas is an experienced trial lawyer who has litigated complex cases involving commercial disputes, product liability claims, aviation law, and catastrophic personal injuries.
Mark’s legal career began at the Benjamin N. Cardozo School of Law where he was a Dean’s Merit Scholar and a member of the Cardozo Law Review. While still a student at Cardozo, Mark won an appeal before the New York Supreme Court in a case that was featured in the New York Times and New York Law Journal. He also represented victims of domestic violence as a pro bono advocate in the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn.
Since law school, Mark has represented businesses and individuals in complex litigation before state and federal courts and administrative agencies. In addition to his success at the trial level, Mark has won appeals before the United States Patent and Trademark Office and the National Transportation Safety Board.
Mark is admitted to practice law in Connecticut and New York and is a member of the American Inns of Court, Connecticut Bar Association, Connecticut Trial Lawyers Association, Greater Bridgeport Bar Association, and National Transportation Safety Board Bar Association.
